
We are currently looking for freelance sales agents and distributors to promote our products under GSON brand in the territory. As a sales agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our products, and build relationships with the dealers and resellers. You will work independently, setting your own schedule and meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Customer sourcing/acquisition
- Active customer sales
- Build relationships with potential clients to increase sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- New product introductions and regular active visits and sales support.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Previous experience in sales of hand tools (not a must)
- Fluent in your national language and English
Compensation:
We offer a COMMISSION – BASED COMPENSATION PLAN ONLY, with a percentage of the sales (no salary), which is paid after each month based on sales.
We are providing sales report to each sales agent for his territory/customer, so You are able to see exactly which % you can get on each product.
Additionally, you will receive training and support to help you succeed in this role.
